The movie "Inception", directed by Christopher Nolan, released in June 16, 2010, is considered to be one of the most mindblowing movies ever to be made. Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a professional thief with the ability to enter people 's dreams to rob their secrets from their subconscious. His talent made him the best in his job, but that had cost him his wife 's life and made him miss his children, because he doesn 't see them often. A man informs Cobb that he wants to hire him and instead of getting information out of one 's mind, the man wants Cobb to plant an idea inside someone else 's head and this process is called 'inception ', which is not an easy task to do. The movie is basically a cycle of dreams creating a realm of existence which is not real, due to the dreams not being a form of reality. The movie is made from a materialist point of view. All the main characters solely believe what they see but they investigate further into what 's considered a reality. Unlike idealist philosophies which believes that what is seen is enough proof to believe what is perceived in one 's mind. As the movie unfolds, one can see that by the end of it, Dom wakes up in a plane as if nothing had happened since he departed from land, therefore Dom was only dreaming the entire time on the plane. "Inception" varies in different types of philosophy and makes the viewer question his own reality, which is very hard to do to an audience through a movie. This movie deserves a five star rating because it connects a lot of philosophical concepts, as mentioned before, like idealism and materialism. The director created a labyrinth full of philosophical and mixed up ideas in which the viewer arrived to a point where one can 't tell in the film whether if the characters are in reality or not- in which signifies the use of the totem. The film does a difficult thing. The idea of the movie itself is completely original, it structures a completely new different world filled with ideas of original realistic thoughts, in which every philosopher questioned about, that are unreal. In terms of complete creativity, achievement and ambition, "Inception" is the perfect example of a mindblowing
