On the other hand, the Nursing Center’s target readers are health care professionals, thus, the use of complex medical terminologies is acceptable. Its article also contains paragraphs with long sentences designed for technical readers. The writing style of the Nursing Center article demonstrates to the readers that the writer is knowledgeable and thoroughly familiar with the topic. It is expected that the more explanations, examples, and evidence-based practice presented, the more the Nursing Center’s readers will be influenced with the competency of the writer in the article.
