The foods are set to a very high standard due to our produce being fresh while supporting local businesses. Meals will be cooked by an Italian chef who has had many years of cooking experience prior to opening this restaurant. The chef has had previous experience preparing meals with the freshest produce when working in well-known kitchens around Australia and Italy. We will have qualified staff who will help with the preparation of food before the kitchen opens. Food is cooked to an exceptional standard, which means quality is present within the freshly made pasta dishes, pizzas and desserts. With the use of quality local ingredients, our business is also supporting local businesses with the use of their products to create the fantastic and flavoursome meals offered. Our business utilises fresh produce, meaning that customers are eating quality homemade Italian food prepared by the chef who has many years of experience. Some meals on our menu include pastas and varieties of pizzas. However, our menu also offers for people who have specific dietary needs.
 Prices
Our prices are reasonable. This ensures that everyone can afford to eat a meal in our restaurant and that we will have more sales and customers satisfied with the produce we have created, but the pricing offered. The business has researched other prices offered from other Italian restaurants in the region e.g. La Porchetta. Prices of our restaurant are slightly more expensive than what they offer. However, the quality ingredients we have to offer are able to justify the reason for this.
