Belonging has a very strong impact on everyone, including yourself and people surrounding you. Some people feel the need to be belonged because of the attitudes of others, it changes in negative ways which drives them into negative situations. The movie Mean Girls explores the negative impacts causing them to be belonged strongly. Cady Heron was a girl from Africa, moving to a public school. Cady Heron did not have an identity, it was formed after meeting the plastics. She had found a large group that had fulfilled her social needs and have the feeling of sense of belonging again.
