This philosophy incorporates a great deal of LOVE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, and TIME! Children at the elementary and middle school age have various needs and the requirement for this consideration is fundamental. Each classroom presents an interesting group of learners that differs in capacities, as well as in learning styles. My part as an educator is to give children the tools with which to develop their own gardens of information. To achieve this objective, I will educate to the needs of every child so that all learners can feel able and effective. I will exhibit a curriculum that includes the interests of the children and makes learning significant to life. To accomplish this, they must have maximized exposure to technologies, a greater support base, a diverse and interdisciplinary curriculum, and an educator who is willing to sacrifice to ensure that their students accomplish at the present time, as well as for a lifetime!
