This is the story of medusa and Perseus. Starts off with Princess Danae and her father King Akrisios. King Akrisios was told by a prophet that his grandson would grow up and kill him. King Akrisios not wanting to die of course did everything possible for her daughter to never have a child. He locked her into a tower with no doors and only a small window. There he thought that she would never conceive a child. One day Zeus came and gave her a child in the form of a golden child. Once King Akrisios found out what had happened he put princess Danae and her child (whom she named Perseus) in a chest and threw them out at sea. Athena gave him a sword and a shield that would let him see Medusas reflection. Hermes gave him his flying shoes that would take him to Medusa. He went to the cave of Graeae. There he meet three Gorgons (they were immortal). Gorgons where these three old ladies who shared one detachable eye and tooth. Perseus took the eye and forced them to tell him where Medusa was. He found Medusa in a cave asleep and he chopped off her heads. Her sisters woke up and chased him. He got away. On his way back he saw a women chained to a rock. Her name was Andromeda. Her mother a sea monster had chained her there. Perseus set her free and the mom didn’t like that so he tried to kill Perseus. Perseus took out Medusas head and turned her to stone. After that he took Andromeda to her father King Cepheus. He liked Andromeda so he asked her father if he can marry her. He said yes and they got married. On their way back to the island Seriphos they stopped so Perseus can play in a game. He accidently hit a old man in the stands. Turns out that the old man was King Akrisios his granddad. The prophet came true King Akrisios grandson did kill him. The mourned and continued on their way back to
