Opening in late-October, Fish Lab by William Wu is an authentic seafood concept restaurant (although, it’s not underwater, so is it really that authentic?). Set to be one of the flagships venues of Robina’s new food precinct, Fish Lab will offer a variety of locally caught, cured, and cooked sea creatures for your dining pleasure. The twist?
