Country Singer Alan Jackson was born in Newman, Georgia (rural Georgia) on October 17, 1958. He got discovered for his debut album “here in the real world” (1990). He is really famous because he won a Grammy Award for his song commemorating the 9/11 terror attacks “Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning”.
