Despite his unquestionable talent and great success, Michael Jackson's life had a great decline by tragic flaws and events that eventually led to his downfall, making him a tragic hero in the classic sense of the term. Many people accused Micheal Jackson of sexually abusing children ¨The scandal cost Jackson his endorsement contract with Pepsi and a film deal. His sexual preference was called into question and his public image was severely damaged.¨, when Micheal was first, accused people started looking at Micheal differently immediately and his image was ruined. The lawsuit accused Jackson of sexual battery, battery, seduction, willful misconduct, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, and negligence. Micheal Jackson was accused of touching his maid's son's genitals and doing sexual actions and activities with him. In their search for other potential victims, investigators interviewed Jason Francia, the 13-year-old son of Jackson’s former maid, Blanca Francia. While he initially denied being abused, he eventually told police that Jackson tickled him and touched his genitals, a story he repeated on the witness stand at Jackson’s 2005 trial. Michael was accused of touching his maid's son which made him look bad and made people look at him differently.
