Michael Jordan was a hero on so many levels.Michael Jordan was a hero on the basketball court and off of it.Michael was a professional NBA player.MIchael Jordan Achieved many accomplishments in the NBA record books .But he also accomplished things outside of the NBA.Michael was a role model for many young athletes .Plenty of young athletes wanted to be like Michael which made more kinds dedicated to the game.That dedication possibly saved many lives of kids that Possibly couldve been another statistics due to crime in the cities they were born or living in.He made a great impact on young athletes trying to pursue a dream that seemed impossible which kept them going.

Laney High School from 1977-1981.He attended his four years in Emsley A. Laney High school located in Wilmington,North Carolina.Jordan tried out for the varsity basketball team during his sophomore year, but at 5'11" he was said to be too short to play at that level.Motivated to prove his worth, Jordan worked hard to become the star of Laney's junior varsity squad, and tallied several 40-point games.The following summer, he grew four inches and trained Non stop. Upon earning a spot on the varsity roster, Jordan averaged about 20 points per game over his final two seasons of high school play.After Michael averaged a triple-double 29.2 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 10.1 assists Jordan was recruited by numerous college basketball programs, including Duke, North Carolina, South Carolina, Syracuse, and Virginia. And ACC Player of the Year in
