Michael Jordan is an idol human being in many ways. He portrays every aspect of a respectable hero, mirroring every step of Joseph Campbell’s, The Hero With A Thousand Faces . He has good-leadership skills that have kept him a step ahead of everyone else. Jordan’s mindset on being victorious in everything he does is one of the most heroic things about him. Though he never gave up, his life wasn’t very easy at times and that's why Jordan always strives for better, which is the best way to make your dreams come true. “Due to Brooklyn being an “unsafe” living environment to raise kids, his family moved to Wilmington, North Carolina” (Augustyn). He is the youngest of his siblings, Larry, James Jr., Delores, and Roslyn. Michael loved playing sports with his friends and family up and down the street he lived on. The ordinary world for Michael was the beginning of him falling in love with sports. MJ just loved being outside and active which made him a great candidate in becoming a robust athlete. Michael Jordan found his love for sports at a very young age. Larry admired how MJ always challenged him to play games. He knew he was special.
