Michael Jordan has a very influential life in both sports and business. He changed the shoe game with his Nike deal for basketball shoes with the colors of them. Jordan changed the world of basketball while being the only three-peater twice in the NBA Finals. He also influenced the game of baseball while being one of the select few that played professional baseball and basketball. He was also an influential businessman, having owned the Charlotte Hornets for 13 years. Jordan's exceptional career in basketball not only changed the sport but also laid the foundation for his business world, making him highly influential. Then he won two more in 1997 and 1998, completing his second three-peat with the Chicago Bulls. With his 13 seasons with the Bulls, Michael Jordan went to the Washington Wizards to finish his career. He only played two seasons with the Wizards in 2002 and 2003. With his old age catching up to him, Jordan retired on April 16th, 2003, at the age of 40.
