Love carries so much power. Love is pain. Love is fear. Love can be unbearable, even unachievable. Very few aspects of life portray the essence of love. Creativity declares to the naked eye what love is, what it can be. William Shakespeare is a prime example of that creativity. He placed love on a silver plater to be served to many generations. Providing understanding to the concept of love, far beyond what his era could validate. In the play "Midsummer Night's Dream" several different perspectives of love was manufactured. Complex love, authentic love, obligatory love, and parental love.

Starting with obligatory love. Theseus and Hippolyta where a product of obligatory love. Theseus fought for her love and won by hand of his sword. Hippolyta accepts his petition for her love following is victory of the battle. The question is, did love really swarm the hearts of both Theseus and Hippolyta, or was this sudden romance solely responsible for the following of the win. Theseus yarned the presences of love. Making his variable to the idea of sharing it with Queen Hippolyta. His love for her was indeed pure and authentic.
