To add, the words used in this ad “Milk for Real Men” may motivate men to drink the milk to become more manly. The ad also says “ Real nutrition when you need it” and “Whether you’re halfway through a workout or halfway up a mountain if you need a quick lift on the go, grab yourself a maxi milk. It’s got 30 grams of high quality protein, it’s high in BCAAs and is also fat free so, basically it’s great at building lean muscle and helps do manly things.” This plays off the image of the man hanging off a cliff lifting himself up the rocks hence “when you need a lift”. This milk is trying to appeal to males by saying if you’re really a man you need to look like this and drink this to achieve it. The bottle of the protein milk has quick facts, a muscular bicep/arm and the logo of a figure running. The facts state high protein nutrition shake, supports lean muscle, great performance, and fast recovery. It has a quick fact blurb of 30 grams protein, 7.5 grams of BCAAs, and zero fat per serving. The image of the bicep has the muscle ligaments presented and under the milk bottle is splashing of milk hold the bottle up. The image and quick facts seek to appeal to consumers who seek facts and quick information.
