I believe I would be a great fit for Millsaps University because of my academic grades, ability to think in different environments, being able to give back to the community, understanding Millsaps values and building my future career at Millsaps University. My commitment to Millsaps University community engagement extends beyond just being in a school environment. I have done volunteer work at a church, did a cancer walk, gave food out to the homeless, read to elementary kids, and also in the gentlemens club. Millsaps University's emphasis on community engagement is my values, and I am very happy to contribute to the university's culture of service. I have family out in Mississippi that may give back to the community or even to the school. Through meaningful engagement, I aspire to not only enrich my own experience, but also positively impact the local and global communities connected to Millsaps. Understanding and embracing Millsaps University's core values is fundamental to my desire to be part of this University.
