People all around the world enjoy and love the goodness and happiness within a Hershey's product or brand every single day. What now is an internationally known product and brand was once just a dream for young Milton Hershey. After several internships and trials, finally a boy's dream came true. The Hershey Company started off as caramelized chocolates and later grew to the company known today. The Hershey Company is now one of the most recognized brands in the world coming in at 37th. The Hershey Company was founded back in 1894 by Milton Hershey. It was originally started in Pennsylvania and remains located in Hershey, PA as the headquarters. There are many companies located all around the world. With many countries comes many cultures. The Hershey Company has one vision which is to bring goodness to everyone in the world. There is no major change in numbers for revenue, cost of revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, operating income, equity, liabilities, total assets, and stocks. Revenue has slightly increased since 2013 but there has been no dramatic increase or decrease in the past three years when taking into account the scale of the graphs. The only noticeable trend is the decrease is in net income from the past two years. In 2014 the net income was 846,912,000 and in 2015 it decreased to 512,951,000. The liquidity ratio that shows short-run debt-paying ability is 1.230 and the debt ratio which shows percentage of assets financed through borrowing is 0.813. The Hershey Company could do better with their sales by increasing their promotions and getting their name, products, deals, etc., out in the public.
