A. Introductory Transition (Hook): Have you ever found yourself struggling with stress or anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions? If your answer is yes, mindfulness meditation may be the solution you need. In fact, reducing the stress is just one of its benefits. There are many other benefits by practicing mindfulness meditation in daily life.

A. Mindfulness meditation can reduce stress and anxiety.
1. Mindfulness meditation helps to reduce the stress hormone in the body (Davis & Hayes, 2011).
2. Meditation triggers positive emotions and minimizes negative influences and contemplation (Charoensukmongkol, 2014).
3. Anxiety about the future and regrets about the past can be reduced by practicing mindfulness meditation (Davis & Hayes, 2011).
B. Mindfulness meditation can improve memory and attention.
1. Working memory capacity grew in direct proportion to meditation practice (Davis & Hayes, 2011).
2. Positive meditation practice can improve information processing speed and reduce non-task related thoughts (Davis & Hayes, 2011).
C. Mindfulness meditation can enhance emotional intelligence.
1. People who practice mindfulness meditation can develop the ability to detect and understand the emotions of others (Charoensukmongkol, P., 2014).
2. Mindfulness meditation can significantly enhance the individual's ability to regulate and control their emotions (Charoensukmongkol, P., 2014).
