Leadership is All About Mindsets

Thinking about Pope Francis leading 1.2 billion Roman Catholics around the world or Warren Buffet the great investor who employed over 300,000 employees. How can these people become a leader of such a gigantic parties? Some probably say that these people are born with intrinsic leader skill, but they never know that the skill can develop through mindset. Mindset is believed that make a person be a person. Your reaction decision to the situation is influenced by your mindset. To create leadership skills develop productive mindset such as commitment, performance and vision is the goal.

To begin with, Commitment as a mindset means that one should put their passion into their role. Picture what you lead as a whole. Never look down on comrade but treat them as important as yourself. Reward them reasonably and make them develop the commitment too. For instance, Lou Gerstner the one who bought IBM back to life once he got to be CEO of IBM he told all the worker that “Over the next few month, I plan to visit as many of our operation and office as I can. To bring up a great performance of teammate, a leader must first make them see the performance. To increase overall performance, the leader performance must improve first. An example of performance mindset is Anne Mulcachy. Anne turns Xerox from dying company to profitable company in three years.
