From this source I was able to learn about the upbringings of K-Pop and the Korean wave and how these two aspects economically benefited Korea over the years. This source is a different approach and purpose towards expanding K-Pop in different countries compared to the approach I am analyzing which overviews the more social side of expansion. Primary Research Admin Ashkey, Facebook Interview. October 28, 2016. I interviewed a lot of different fan pages and groups and this page specifically was very detailed in their responses. One of the admins, Ashkey, described how she felt her page was able to reach different countries and how she aims to bring more notice to different K-Pop groups. I was able to learn a lot about her motives and the pages motives to bring different more notice towards groups with less popularity and because of the page’s popularity and through social they are able to reach multiple countries. d. This tweet characterizes the success of K-Pop groups. I was able to recognize the possible effects of fans bringin popularity to to K-Pop groups overseas. This tweet will help me define the success of K-Pop groups and possibly draw this connection to the different motives fans have for expanding K-Pop
