For example, begin by trying to reduce the cost for inhouse services. We have stores worldwide. The services offered within each store for laptop or cellphone services should have a process in place to reduce costs. The system is to have high network capacity, application operations, e-mail availability and virtual support if needed. The maintenance costs for applications should be reflected within the business and any technology changes. The transition in IT costs is seen as we move from stage 1 to stage 2 as we use less technologies, data centers are consolidated and standards are set in place for these new systems.
