Moderator focus on format and marking criteria of assessment. Education provider use moderation to increase the quality of learning. Moderation helpful for teacher to increase the standard of their work. There are three types of moderation. As a facilitator and moderator, it is necessary to manage different risks and ethical consideration during session. • Risks Failure: In assessment, failure is bigger risk. Sometime students are not able achieve learning objective and while making assessment always ensure that assessment requirements are clear to all learner. learners are emotionally hurt with the result of assessment. Moreover, Feedback or comment provide in moderation process are positive impact on facilitator and learners. Debatable issues: In moderation process, debate on pass or fail assessment is sometime burning issue because sometime person is not accepted the moderator decision about assessment.
