Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, otherwise known as Mahatma Gandhi, made a huge impact in South Africa by leading the country to the end of racial segregation. He risked many things including his life along the journey, came up with new rebellious strategies, and more which made him the historic hero as he is known as today. Gandhi was a major part in the movement against racial segregation from Great Britain in South Africa in the late 1800’s.
