Ted’s Montana Grill is a family friendly American chain steakhouse that serves beef and bison steaks and burgers as well as salmon and trout. As a part of this project, I visited the restaurant located in Southlands Mall at 6105 S. Main Street in Aurora, Colorado. The hours of operation of this restaurant are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM till 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM till 11:00 PM. Available services are dine-in and take-out. This restaurant does not offer delivery service. The sign to the right from the front door states the maximum occupancy of the restaurant is 175 people. The cost drivers for this cost pool are facility maintenance and the number of tables and customers served. This cost is both fixed – keeping the restaurant clean, and variable – tables that were not used do not need to be cleaned.

This cost is variable and the cost drivers are the number of customers over 21 years-old served with the alcoholic beverages, or the number of alcoholic beverages sold and the variety of the cocktails requiring different alcohol offered to the customers on the menu. Overall, Ted’s Montana Grill is a great restaurant. The prices are very reasonable, the servers are attentive and polite, the menu offers a lot to choose from, and the food is delicious every time. The restaurant uses paper straws for water and organic soap in the restrooms. The one suggestion I would have to the owner is to upgrade the facility. It looks dated, the restrooms are clean but old, the hook for jackets on the side of our booth was broken and I had to put the jacket on my seat. People come to Ted’s Montana Grill willing to spend more money on food and drinks than they could at some other places, and the interior should be suitable for the
