According to the lesson, individuals use different moral philosophies depending on whether they are making a personal decision or a decision related to work. Goals and pressures are different when it comes to the decisions of success in the work place or in a person’s life outside of work (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2015).
