Introduction The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is a voluntary association comprised of governmental and regional organizations of the fifteen counties of central Ohio. These organizations envision and embrace innovative directions in transportation, energy, housing, land use, the environment, and economic prosperity (MORPC, 2016). As a result, the representatives of the rural, urban, and suburban communities join efforts to adapt to changing conditions and promote central Ohio’s future.
