Question 5: Morrie says ‘when you learn how to do die, you learn how to live.” Have you had any near death moments that have made you appreciate life or learn how to live? In contrast, have you had any experiences with beauty or value of life?

I haven’t had any near death experiences, but I have had very close people to me either die, or get sick like Cancer. Those experiences have shown me and the person who was personally affected by them, that after you get diagnosed with something like that, you just don’t care about the materialistic objects/things anymore. You just want to live to the fullest. I 100% agree with this statement that Morrie said. So, I feel as though I can relate somewhat to that area of the book.

Question 8: What do you think of Morrie’s description of a perfect day? What would yours be like in the same situation? …show more content…

He would do all the things he before took for granted; like swimming, walking, and his favorite, dancing. Things also like talking with his close ones, which now take up all his energy. But, i guess that’s what happens when you’re in a situation similar to Morrie’s. You don’t care about all the extravagant things. You care about things you took for granted before and now realize those things were what really mattered. My perfect day would be similar. I wouldn’t swim probably but i would spend time with friends and
