Mr. Jones killed Mr. Kelley, there is just an overwhelming amount of evidence that points directly to Mr. Jones committing the murder. First of all, Mr. Jones was jealous of Mr. Kelley because Mr. Kelley had destroyed Mr. Jones’ business by stealing all of the customers so he had none. This Fact is important because it shows that Mr. Jones had a motive against Mr. Kelley. If Mr. Kelly wasn’t taking all of Mr. Jones work then his company would be able to prosper. Another important piece of evidence is that Mr. Kelley’s blood was found outside of Mr. Jones apartment.
This detail is important because it proves that Mr. Jones does have a gun and could have used it on Mr. Kelley. When the police tried to find Mr. Jones after the murder he had disappeared. This fact is important because it confirms that he didn’t want to be found by the police for his crimes. The
Criminal Minds AP Language and Composition Period 3 Ms.Burke 14 March 2016 As with any other murder case that comes to surface, conspiracies will be right around the corner. Taking a look at the murder case of Teresa Halbach, with number one suspect, Steven Avery you see a tumble of theories jolting together. Breaking it down to only one hard piece of evidence- the blood vial found in the sealed box.
The Tylenol Murders In 1982, seven innocent Chicago civilians were boldly murdered. In late September of 1982 seven people were killed after an unknown suspect placed cyanide laced Tylenol pills in store bottles. Two main suspects in this unsolved case are James Lewis and Roger Arnold, who had both been linked to this occurrence in some way. The mystery behind the Tylenol murders can be summed up in two theories: Roger Arnold took bottles from the Tylenol distributor that he worked for, poisoned them and placed them on store shelves or James Lewis bought/stole the bottles, poisoned them and placed them on 6 different store shelves.

On the morning of April 19, 1995 at 9:02 AM, a truck-bomb explosion was set off in the front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The blast left 168 people dead including 19 children and hundreds of other people injured. It also leveled approximately one third of the federal building, as well as about another 300 other buildings. The blast was orchestrated by an ex-military and anti-government militant, Timothy McVeigh.
The officer noticed that McVeigh had possession of a weapon but no license to carry and took him into custody and later identified two accomplices (fbi.gov, 1995). The authorities found a piece of evidence from the Ryder truck that assisted with tracing the rental agreement back to a Robert Kling, which was Timothy McVeigh’s alias. Further details linked McVeigh’s friend, Terry Nichols because his address was used for the truck rental. Fingerprints were later found on a sales receipt for explosive ingredients, ammonium nitrate.

Murder. It is a nasty word. To take a life is one of the worst possible crimes one can commit. Nonetheless, people still do it. The Rae Carruth murder trial was one of the most highly publicized cases in 1999.
One of those suspect was Frank Jones, Josiah Moore’s former employer (“Suspects in the Villisca Axe Murders”). Jones was furious that Moore left his franchise and some think that he hired William Mansfield to kill him and his family (“Suspects in the Villisca Axe Murders). Mansfield was also thought to have been responsible for several other murders in Illinois and Kansas that were oddly similar to the murders in Villisca. Mansfield was arrested, but later released when an alibi was provided.
In order to have a better understanding of this movement, it is crucial to analyze from its roots. There are many theories that linked the Genesis (beginning) of the civil rights movement to many protests and boycotts. One of these major events was the murder of Emmett Till that brought a lot of tension between black and white people in the United States. Emmett, a 14-year-old black teenager from Chicago, was allegedly murdered for whistling a white woman in a store. Sanford Wexler, an eyewitness to the murder of Emmett, writes in his book, Milam and Bryant [the two white guys who murdered Emmett] drove Emmett to the Tallahatchie River and made the boy carry a 100-pound cotton-gin fan from the back of the truck to the river bank before ordering him to undress.
On October 20, 2014, LaQuan Mcdonald was shot 16 times by law enforcement after being seen holding a knife. Although he was carrying a knife, video evidence showed that McDonald was in no way posing a threat to the responding officers. After the murder, the McDonald family revealed that LaQuan suffered from PTSD and complex mental health problems. However, there is no education for police officers on how to respond to people with disabilities or injuries. I am not justifying the murder of LaQuan McDonald, but I am trying to justify why defunding the police will only hurt our society more with the few requirements needed to become an officer.
