Organization The organizational structure for MediSense is in the traditional business model, as demonstrated in Appendix A, with the Founder, President, and CEO Steven Lipps. Mr. Lipps has been with the company since the start and has invested his life to patient safety. Mr. Lipps holds bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Kuipers holds Master’s degrees in both Economics and Business Administration. Kuipers base salary is approximately $112,000 with an average annual bonus of $155,000. Jim Hgo is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and has served in this position since 2016. Since the early 2000s, Hgo has been in this career path and before this he practiced law at Shaw Pittman firm. He holds a BS in Commerce and JD degree. Hgo sees that strategic business plans are executed and handles introducing new products to the market. Hgo annual salary is approximately $124,000 and annual bonus of $191,000. Will Seim is the Vice President of Automation and Medication Adherence and has been with the company since 2015, during the initiation plans of the start-up plan. Seim has held various positions throughout his career including CFO at various organizations. Seim’s role is responsible for development of short term and long-term forecasts, managing finance integration activities, and financial analysis.
