Mrs. Marquez Police Report

The worker arrived at Mrs. Marquez home and called Mrs. Marquez to open the door for the worker. The worker called three times and there was no response. The worker turn around to walk to her car when Mrs. Marquez answer the door. Mrs. Marquez told the worker her phone was not working because Faith had broken her phone The worker asked Mrs. Marquez if she had given Kenny his food and medicine. Mrs. Marquez told the worker she had just woken up. This is a concern because Kenny has a schedule for his medicine that was given to foster mother by the doctor. The worker then asked Mrs. Marquez about the accident that occur on May 14, 2018 and Mrs. Marquez explained to the worker. Mrs Marquez had left her keys on the door while she carried Kenny inside.

Marquez notice that woman was inside of her car trying to start the car. Marquez confronted the lady in which Mrs. Marquez and the other lady got into a physical interaction that led Mrs. Marquez getting tasser. Mrs. Marquez called the police but by the time the police arrived the lady had escaped. The worker asked Mrs. Marquez for the police report and told the worker that she did not remember where she left the police report but she will look for it. Mrs. Marquez then told the worker that she is having trouble getting the Link Card because they told her that her case in still open even though Faith has been living with mother since last year. The worker told Mrs. Marquez that she will check with her supervisor about the link card and about getting a new apartment. Mrs. Marquez then told the worker that Kenny needs a new bed because the crib he was sleeping in broke and Kenny is sleeping with them in the bed. The worker turn her head and saw natural father and Kenny sleeping. Mrs. Marquez told the worker that she is not working and is getting hard for her.
