There are two major points of interest within the park: Uluru, also known as ayres rock and Kata Tjuta, also known as Mount Olga or simply the Olgas. Serrano Indians were the earliest known inhabitants of the land that is now Montclair. In 1774, Captain Juan Bautista de Anza named that sycamore tree-lined creek "Arroyo de los Alisos," the Stream of the Sycamores, later renamed San Antonio Creek. Up until the 1890s, Montclair was little more than grazing land and a watering hole.

John was born in North Meols in 1897, the only son of John and Alice Jane (née Jackson) of Gorsuch Farm, Scarisbrick. The Battle of Iwo Jima was one of the deadliest battles of World War II and even in American history itself. The image shows the hardship the Americans went through during the battle, the courage and tenacity was of the marines, the great sacrifices, and even the American pride and victory. The picture’s significance shows how this battle was the bloodiest in Marine history. Before the eruption on May 18,1980, Mount St. Helens was a beautiful symmetrical cone, 3,000 meters above sea level. For most of the 20th century, many people viewed this mountain and recreation area as a beautiful and peaceful place, but after the volcano erupted in 1980 that view point was shattered.

The United States has been fighting the war on alcohol since the 1920’s, and today it still remains as a highly debatable topic. Many Americans believe that keeping the drinking age at 21 is acceptable, while others believe that 18 is the year that you should be trusted to make your own life changing decisions. And did you know that there are only seven countries in the world (196 countries in the world total) who have their drinking age as high as 21, and the US is one of those seven? Once you're 18, you are not allowed to buy guns, drink alcohol, go to 21+ bars or clubs, rent a car, or even rent certain hotel rooms.
