Shakespeare’s play, ‘Much Ado about Nothing’ shows us that lies and deception often lead to unnecessary drama and conflict. What can seem to be harmless; can be actually really damaging and painful for other people. The suffering is mainly caused by deception and lies. It is not an easy matter to evaluate, as different peoples opinion and perspectives sway their view in different circumstances. Suffering can stimulate lots of discussion and controversy. Manipulation and deception can also be seen in order to influences people’s opinions and perspectives. The amount of suffering that a person experiences however is completely dependent on the person, the attitude and experiences. It is not as simple as to judge the extent of ones suffering by the visible signs as it we cannot truly know if this is so.
