1) My career goal is to work in the Museum Industry as a Researcher, Exhibit Coordinator/House Director, or Head of Marketing/Non-profit Fundraising. When I graduate this May, I will have a Bachelor Degree in the Arts which is made up of a History major and American Sign Language and Public Relations minor. Ultimately, my career goal is anything within history, whether that is a government job or historic preservation. I will use my ASL experience to offer a resource at museums that allows those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing to have access to everything that the hearing world does, such as art galleries and tours. Not only were Jade and Brooke so helpful and the merchandise was amazing, but it made me want to work for this company. When I found out about this job position, I jumped on the opportunity to be a part of this team. If I could change one thing, it would me to have a method to the store. Organizational strategies such as color coding, or putting like items near each other can make a huge difference. It will help for the customer to have an easier and better shopping experience. When I read through what Adorabelles wanted in an employee, I matched all of those needs. I have actually been diagnosed with OCD in the form of cleanliness. Everything always has a spot and there is never an excuse for it to not be there. I can walk into my bedroom and tell if someone was in there. I love working with people. All of my job experience has been related to customer service. I worked at TJ Maxx for two years before I graduated high school. By the end of my time there, I was awarded Employee of the Quarter, was trained in all departments, including the back room where I would process and stock inventory. I have always had a love for retail because a huge part of it is organizing. I worked as a cashier and with displays pieces. My pride in appearance came with age. My style is very relatable. Comfort is my “must have,” but I am also simple yet classy. It’s amazing what a silver coach watch can so with a halter top and tribal print shorts. I think this job would be good for me because I can relate to all degrees on the spectrum: those on a budget that are just looking for comfort as well as those who love to dress up and experiments with fashion.
