We created a questionnaire for the Mustang Outfitters store, to target the students of the Fine Arts department here at Central Baptist college. The questionnaire was formed to evaluate how satisfied the students of this department are with the store and the products that they sell. The goal is to ensure that mustang Outfitters is reaching their customers in the best way possible. We evaluated this by asking the students about pricing, locations, Mustang Outfitters compared to other stores, and asking if there were enough products for students of the fine arts department. Everyone that took the survey said that they do need more apparel for the fine arts. Currently, Mustang Outfitters only has one shirt for the fine arts in the store. So, we believe it would be in Mustang Outfitters best interest to bring in more products targeting the fine arts department. Choir has around fifty students so by increasing products for the choir you are increasing the interests of all the fifty students in choir. That could bring in a lot of sales for Mustang Outfitter, because this would bring in the business of the parents of these students and choir alumni. To do so they could create new product lines, and specialty products for students in the fine arts. Also, they could offer sales for the students of the fine arts department to peak their interests. Mustang Outfitters could send a representative to set up pop up shops at choir events and concerts to sell choir merchandise to friends, family and alumni that are there to watch the students. Another way for mustang outfitters to effectively promote is to use a social media. Now days students are always on their phones either on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or snapchat. Mustang Outfitter could create their own account on each of these social media sites to promote their products and advertise sales. This way more students will see what is being sold in the store if they don’t go there
