My Desire To Attend A University: Brigham Young University-Hawaii

The CES school I desire to attend the greatest is Brigham Young University-Hawaii. This is the only CES school I have applied to as it is my number one choice out of any University. I have a plethora of reasons why I know BYUH is the one I yearn to attend. I wish to be at a church school so religion can be one of my main focuses, I love that this university values diversity and makes it important to include people of different backgrounds, and I would be lucky to be able to spend the next four years in a location as beautiful as Ohau. Obviously, I could have religion as my main focus at any of the CES schools, yet I only feel a desire to attend this university. Despite the other factors I have listed, I also value the modest student population, compared to BYU or BYU-I. I believe it will be beneficial to attend a smaller university as I will be able to build relationships with my professors and other students. BYUH makes it apparent that they also value diversity. This is something that the other CES schools do not offer, which is another factor in why I wish to attend this one versus the others. I believe I would thrive being around a varied student population. One of my main goals in life is to travel the world as much as I can and I know that being around people of different background and cultures will allow me to understand them and where they come from. I want to have new experiences and I believe being around others who are different will allow me to have
