My dioramas ' setting is, in the hospital. My diorama is of one of the the main characters in the story, Shay. She is the first and only character in the first book to get surgery to become a pretty. Shay doesn 't really choose wether she wants to become a pretty or not she 's captured and forced to go to the hospital and get her surgery. When Shay was captured and forced to become a pretty. The character in the diorama represents Shay. It represents her, unconscious in the hospital getting her surgery to become a pretty. This scene took place in the hospital. It took place towards the end of the book. It took place right before Tally told David she was lying to him this whole time. What 's happening in the scene is, Shay is getting her
