There I was with a breakaway, half field, I was in the 18, “Shoot!” everybody was yelling, but I knew if I shot now I would miss the shot. So I dribbled in closer, I shot it and I scored!! We were still undefeated. That was the best game of my life.

“I can’t believe that you scored that goal,” my best friend told me. “ I know neither can I,” I replied back. After the game my coach was calling me to come over to him. “ Oh my goodness Leah, I am so proud of you,” he said “ Oh, thank you,” I replied. “No really, you played really good, it’s the best I’ve seen you play in a while, and I have a question for you,” he said.

Coach Shawn didn’t say a word, my dad didn’t like that, but he didn’t say anything. The play after that a girl started dribbling down the field and I started to go after the ball, but somebody came out of clear blue sky and shoved me so hard I almost got whiplash and I fell on my arm. I didn’t want to come out, but my coach made me. While I was out they scored. My coach didn’t say anything, I was going back in but my dad and mom came over and grabbed me. I tried to tell him that I didn’t want to leave, but he still took me. I asked him why and he said,” We will find you a better
