Leadership is the capacity and the ability to impact others through motivation, roused by enthusiasm to see perfection and accomplishment in an undertaking. Some sit and have verbal confrontation about whether leaders are made or conceived. Leadership has not generally been a simple street for me, yet has furnished me with a few difficulties. My first involvement in leadership was my being chosen to be the captain of games. As the captain, I had a considerable measure of work to do, that didn't indeed, even include sports. I was the most looked into player of the game by other players, younger children and furthermore, the coaches looked upon me to set example. Being the captain, I needed to set the leadership standard for responsibility, certainty, knowledge and height. I needed to ensure that the members were available and on schedule for each training and amusement. I needed to show others how it’s done by demonstrating that I was there to practice and play to my best and that everyone should give it their all. Another real part I played is to converse with the players and the coaches and be the connection between them other than ensuring am confident about myself on and off the playing ground. After giving it all, it was compensating when we won to the nationals as a group.
