Do you want to be known as the best athlete in school or maybe the annoying kid that always that nobody liked. Would you leave a good legacy or a bad one. A legacy is how people remember you. Some people’s legacy’s are good and some are not so great. I want to be remembered as one of the greatest surgeons that the world has ever seen. I want my legacy to make people want to want to be just like me, like how kids want to be just like their favorite sports star or actor. At the end of my career, I want to be the best at what I do and leave a great legacy behind. Likewise, if I were to leave a great legacy behind I would have definitely helped many people. You need to set goals so that you can know what you are striving for. If you never learn from your mistakes and blame it on others, then you will never be successful. One goal that I have set for myself is that one day I want to get accepted into medical school. I will achieve this goal by working hard and making some sacrifices to things that I might value because I am working and striving towards my goal. I will work hard everyday to achieve my goal by getting good grades all of my life. All of these challenges will make me more intelligent each day. You need to know what is important and what you value when you want to be successful. Success to me is knowing that I am getting closer to my goal of being a surgeon. I might reach my goal, but I also may not. That is okay because I know that I worked my hardest and at least tried. I will try and make sure that I take time away from trying to reach my goals and focus on what I value. For example, one thing that I value a lot is my family. I do not want to move far away from my family because of work. If I must move away from my job, then that might not be the job for me.
