My leadership philosophy is very basic and to the point: provide the highest quality customer service possible to every superior, peer, and subordinate alike. We are value based, customer service oriented, respectful, and experts in our field. We not only care for the Soldiers with whom we serve but we also provide services to their Family members. Every Soldier and Family member should be able to walk through the doors of our office and feel like they are most important person. No one job is more important than another; we have the ability to make a positive difference in Soldiers’ career and will do everything we can to facilitate making their livelihood less stressful and free from questioning aspects of their military records. My commitment is to this organization, 39th Brigade Support Battalion. A big part of my job is to provide you support systems necessary to accomplish a task. Tell me what you need and I will get it resourced.
