I believe that to run an effective classroom, every teacher needs to start the year with a personalized philosophy that will serve as the foundation for how they run their classroom. My philosophy will be focused on creating a safe environment that will maximize student learning and be a positive place for them. I want to ensure that student learning is maximized, and that every child has an equal opportunity to learn. In addition, I also believe that every teacher needs a list of beliefs that build on their philosophy. Below are my top ten beliefs that I will use to create my classroom.
