I consider myself to possess many qualities that will help me excel in my duties as a Luceat. First of all, I am a very responsible person and accept responsibilities. Second, I possess many leader characteristics that I have developed and redeemed throughout my life. I am a hard-working person who can work under pressure. In addition, I am able to manage conflict, and, moreover, can connect with people in different scenarios with sympathy and compassion. Furthermore, I am capable to work in a team in an all-inclusive way. I am motivated and visionary, I am always seeking for the best and how to improve. I am a very organized person, optimistic and passionate about what I do. I also have the ability to think critically, the ability to resolve conflict, and the ability to take the initiative and complete task in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I am bilingual, Spanish and English speaking, which will allow me to communicate with the students that come from Spanish speaking countries. The listed characteristics will make me a good Luceat who can work with the students, understand them, and help them in the transition to college. My transition to WJU was an amazing experience. There are a variety of options with open doors to get involved, which provides the perfect place to build longtime friendships. Moreover, I will express how beneficial is to be on a small campus where the professors, staff, advisors get to know very well the students and they are extremely supportive. I will let them know the atmosphere in WJU is of love, support, and progress. Lastly, I will say that is totally fine to be worried, but that WJU family is here to support
