But, a few weeks ago, my friends invited me to go to Haunted Hillside which is a hayride and a corn maze in the dark. There were creepy people following us around and chainsaws coming towards us, but I was proud of myself that I remained calm and enjoyed the
I was actually scared to death being forced by my older sister to ride the blue streak, why did I go you may ask, because I thought I could go to Snoopy land. Well I thought wrong. Here I was in the backseat of my moms car dreading every second, just waiting to get out and hear the screaming of millions of people. It was some type of break, probably spring, in 2012. My sister wanted to go to Cedar Point with my mom, dad, brother, and
but I said no because I was scared and then went on a different ride instead. I had to choose to overcome my fear or not let fear control me. On the second day we were there. They wanted to go on that ride again later and they still asked me and this time I said yes.
The time I felt scared was when I was on the roller coaster called the Batman at Six Flags. I had already eaten some funnel cake before the ride so I was full. The smell of the funnel cake was so irresistible, even though, I knew I was going on this ride. The challenge was real because I was hoping that I wouldn’t throw up on someone. The ride was a lot of jerking with some quick and swift twist and turns.
My family talked so much about how they loved the ginormous roller coasters. When I was little, the thought of heights raises an alarm, I still catch a funny feeling in my stomach when I look at how high the contraptions are. I had to tell myself multiple times that I've done it before and I could do it again. It began when I walked into the park and my eyes
Over the summer I traveled to Tennessee to see my cousins. The day we arrived, we visited Lake Winnie, an amusement park with tons of rides with a water park. It was a joyful day. That day I went on the first roller coaster I 've ever been on. While walking nervously up the steps to get into line with my cousin, I felt the adrenaline rushing through my body, and I felt very anxious.
Everyone was so excited except for me. We went to a roller coaster. I told my mom that I was scared but she told me to try it and I did. And now I’m not scared of roller coasters anymore.
but i never thought that i would be good so i never tried it. Then there was this rodeo in Dierks and and they have it every year. They have bull riding every year but this year they had bull riding for kids from seventeen to one and two year olds for the first time and it was my chances to ride one.
When we first started to climb a ladder onto the platform, I was super nervous. My mom was too scared to go so only my dad and I went. There were 14 zip-lines, and 3 suspension bridges. The first zip-line had to be the scariest because I did not know what to expect.
When I was 13, my dad took me and my friend jareth to Knotts Berry Farm it was very fun until we first entered the park a scary man with a werewolf costume jumped off of a ledge and scared me, I decided i was going to run away and hide behind the tree. I thought I was in the clear but the werewolf kept on chasing me and he came very close. He started to growl at me very loud and furiously. My dad came to my rescue and told him to please go away, i started to cry because i was so scared. My friend jareth felt bad so he hugged me and later on bought me a snoopy stuffed animal.
Disneyworld is advertised as the happiest place on Earth. I’ve been to Disney World before when I actually lived in Florida. At four years old, I was tall enough to ride every single attraction. After eleven years, my highschool choir was given the opportunity to visit Disneyworld and Universal Studios. I signed up for the trip with my partner Reid and his best friend Lucky.
When I was 12 years old, my mom took my friends and I to the Haunted Hayride. Unfortunately, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. We got onto the hayride and there was a massive horse with a boy riding it who was headless and mean following us for about 2 minutes. For being in Middle School, I was pretty freaked out when we got off the trailer to walk through a corn maze , when then came a guy wearing a mask with a chainsaw chasing us out!!!! It was an exciting and horrid night for my friends and I.
It was the summer of 2010 when I rode my first horse. I was so scared because I have never rode one. I was so scared I was shivering in my boots. I kept thinking “ I’m going to get bucked off oh my gosh!
I was about 10 years old when I went in my second haunted house ever in Dubuque, Iowa. It was a huge building made out of dark wood and metal. Although it’s appearance was scary, I wasn’t very scared because I went to one in Clear Lake, and I didn’t get scared at all. In fact, I felt brave because my 8 year-old brother, Zack, was scared and I wasn’t. Zack was taking it way too literally as he always did.
The Most Memorable Vacation A memorable vacation is one that you can never forget. I never thought I would build houses for poor people. It was one of my most memorable experiences in my life. What made it even more memorable was the fact it was my first time to go to a foreign country to help other people build houses.
