Since my employment at Myler Disability. I’ve had unique opportunities to grow and develop. Despite challenges that come with being a new employee throughout training, certification, and integration into the workforce. I’ve received continual guidance from leaders such as my trainer, team leads, and department managers. Moreover, ensuring that I am consistently performing in accordance to my personal, team, and department goals. Regardless of setbacks, my occupation has assisted me to overcoming vulnerabilities and becoming a well rounded individual. A test of basic knowledge all floaters, also known as rookies, must pass in order to be integrated into the workforce. Those who failed to pass the assessment, were not selected to join a team until they proved themselves by attaining an adequate score. Knowing this pushed me to study, focus, and ask an abundance of questions. Consequently, I was able to pass the assessment with perfect scores, and was recruited by a team the same day. I was excited to get out of the socioeconomic status of a teenager working for minimum wage.
