Higher prices are common within both companies but the goal of sustainability promotes overall service of the product and appeals to a more target market. With the similar focus on conscious consumers, each organization provides insight on how a more their specific focus on an issue is the foundation for their mission. Both companies have established and maintained an image of providing options for more conscious consumers but have not expanded outside it known circle. Both the Divine Chocolate and Natural Grocers are growing in sales but public exposure to the growing market is still low as their competitors in the industry are more widely known. Building on their strengths in their strong values in sustainability, the possibility of reaching a larger target audience increases as the younger consumers tend to be the one with more willingness to pay the higher prices to be involved to support social and environmental issues. As well as expanding into newer markets and into international markets for Natural Grocers. For Natural Grocers, the use of the Vimeo and YouTube are currently for the use to inform audience about the state of agriculture and produce industry while trying to encourage the consumption of organic and pasture feed meat. There are few cooking videos on the site and some 5 year old commercials that are not of the best quality. Natural Grocers could expand further on the YouTube video and provide cooking videos that promote the use of their products and feature local producers from different regions.
