No matter how hard top high school basketball players try the nba never gives them attention anymore. Instead those same top players have to waste a year at college where they could get injury or just not get the same training and fall off just so they have a chance of getting drafted into the NBA. Before the NBA loved watching film of high school players and were able to enter the draft from Kobe Bryant to LeBron James and they went on to win championships. Top high school players should be able to enter the nba draft and play in the nba again. One of the best college basketball Mike Krzyzewski agrees with high school players entering the NBA right out of high school. "A kid who's really, really good coming out of high school, who does not want to go to school, would gain more from being in a pro system where he is working on his craft and his body and the development everyday”(Daniels,2). The fact that a future Hall of Fame collage coach said that should mean a lot. Why should a kid who just want to play ball have to waste another year at school. Not only does Mike Krzyzewski agree but also the NBA commissioner Adam Silver would want high school players to enter the league. “A plan is expected to include the NBA starting relationships with elite teenagers while they are in high school, providing skills to help them develop both on and off the court. It would ultimately open an alternate path to the NBA besides playing in college” (Barnewall, 3). Relationships between high school players and the NBA would open so many windows from signing to G-League teams to even a high school kid starting for an actual NBA
