Labor management is a process system that is involved in the day-to-day operations of the employee in the workplace. In any department with multiple employees, the management of these employees will be difficult and challenging. As mentioned earlier, this report in today 's business world, the human resources management is facing many challenges. I want to explain some of the challenges of workforce.

Negative stereotypes
Negative stereotypes can have a devastating effect on people 's sense of self and ability, and they are now decades old.
In the labor force of multigenerational people, there is a possibility of negative stereotypes. Older workers may see millennial as qualified, tech-obsessed or over-zealous in challenging norms, while millennial employees may think the previous generations were "trapped" and hard to train. Absenteeism is actually a very critical factor associated with labor productivity. Every organization attaches great importance to the need for absentia management. The absence of emergency or illness is inevitable in any organization, but it should be a very fair, compassionate and understanding way. Absenteeism is the cost factor that will affect the company and cost less.
Planned and unplanned absences can test a business at the same time. Unexpected absenteeism can cause unnecessary stress on the business, because absent employees need to be replaced with additional absences and losses. Planning absenteeism is easier to deal with and can be found in advance, but still brings obstacles to the company.
