Television is one of the most important part of the human life. Many of the people spend too much time while they are watching TV. Nowadays, everybody can find good TV shows for themselves because there are too many genres and each genre has its own properties. To illustrate, people can widen their horizon while they are watching documentaries or they can laugh while they are watching stand-up Shows. Some of the genres have bad effects on people. First of all, reality shows affects people mentally. Facing with other people’s problems causes some problems for the audience and for the actors. “In the study, which appeared in the journal Cognitive Neuropsychiatry, Joel and Ian Gold shed more light on this bizarre 21st-century phenomenon. A 2014 study published in the International Journal of Cardiology suggests that human aged 2 to 10 for more than two hours a day is 30 percent more likely to be at risk for blood pressure compared to those who spend less time for watching TV.
