Surprisingly, our world would not have been like it is today without the Neolithic Revolution. The Neolithic Revolution was when early humans made the switch from hunting and gathering to farming. This led to many new technologies and tools, job specialization, and a stable food supply. The first effect of the Neolithic Revolution is that there were many technological advances. For example, there were new technologies created such as strainers, butter churns, and cow sheds (document 3). This shows that there was more domestication of animals, and more technology and tools. Also, there is evidence that there were new inventions like looms, wheels, and fertilizer (document 4). This shows that new things were created for new jobs. Finally, there were new technologies and tools such as storage pits, knives, etc. (document 9). This shows that after the Neolithic Revolution, humans were using tools to make/change items, and they were storing food or supplies.
