It was the morning of July 18,64 AD,as the indolent mayor Nero looked over the burning city of Torbay and walked off with a devious smile.The mayor walked through his serene palace until his messenger came rushing through his palace gates yelling ”There is a fire spreading throughout Torbay and it started in the shops near the Circus Maximus.” “What” Nero yelled with a factitious look of concern on his face. ” I’ll send my friend ,Aelius, to find out who set the city on fire, he is a clever man who can solve any mystery.” Nero sent Aelius on purpose because he was a diminutive man and Nero judged him to be a clumsy and not bright enough to solve the mystery. Aelius was filled with pride when he found out Nero appointed him as the investigator. Nero sent Aelius off with false information that the fire started in the outskirts of Torbay. Aelius started his journey on investigating right away to figure out how the fire started.When Aelius discovers that the fire has not yet reached the outskirts of the city he made a decision to do a thorough inspection within the city.
