The company of Netflix has many strengths and weaknesses. Some of the strengths of the company are they have a strong leadership. Reed Hastings was a co-founder in 1997 and he is still the present CEO of Netflix. Kelly Bennent is the CMO and she got the job in 2012 after working for Warner Bros for almost ten years. Tawni Cranz is the chief talent officer and he leads Netflix with the unique corporate culture. Jonathan Friedland is the Chief Communications Officer and he is responsible for corporate communications, content publicity, social media and brand public relations. Neil Hunt is the Chief Product Officer and he has been with Netflix since 1999, he leads the product team, which designs, builds, and optimizes the Netflix experience.
